Ximinez is an open source project, released under BSD license (see below). If you only plan to use the software, then simply do it. It is free for personal as well as for professional use. You can send us a postcard though (if you think we deserved it) :-).
If you plan on modifying the source code or using it in your own projects, then study the license first.
